About Donald Harbour
Welcome to the Harbour-Holst Genealogy site. The Harbour side is patriarchal, the Holst the matriarchal side. Starting with these two surnames I began a journey to find my past in 1998. My wife's family lines are Jones and Hamrick. They have also proved to be an adventure to trace. The joy is in the discovery of who we are, where it all began and possibly where our histories will take us in the future. I hope that you find in the genealogies and information presented on this site a satisfaction to your quest. As an ancestor to future generations, leave a written record of their past so they will come to know all those whose shoulders they stand upon.
My wife and I along with our two dogs live in Maumelle, Arkansas. Only a few stokes of the keyboard to travel to anyplace in the world and delve into the adventure of genealogy.
